Linda was born and reared in Texas. Her father served in the Air Force and her
family spent several years at Harmon Air Force Base in Newfoundland. It snowed all winter and in the summer the temperature
rarely rose above 80 degrees. With all the enthusiam of youth, she learned to ice skate, build an igloo, and snow
sled, but at the screams of live lobsters being dropped in the cook pot, she ran from the house in search of a hamburger.
Linda is fortunate to have two wonderful grown children, and one extraodinary grandson.
Though we've lived all over the state, my husband and I now call Central Texas home.
